1. Hifz can only be exercised by a student once he/she has been promoted to Grade-IV or in some cases Grade-III
2. Boys age limit: 9 to 11 years
3. Girl age limit: 8 to 10 years
4. For Hifz the candidate must be physically and mentally fit.
5. ‘Nazra’ test will be taken prior to the start of Hifz and it is compulsory to be proficient in Nazra. All those students who do not qualify the screening test will not be allowed to join Hifz Programme directly.
6. Maximum duration of Hifz Programme is two years which do not include initial improvement of Nazra.
7. The 2 years programme is divided into three modules: a. 1st 8 months: 10 Para’s b. 2nd 8 months: 14 Para’s c. Last 8 months: last 6 para’s and reinforcement
8. For Hifz students, Saturday will be observed as a normal working day.
9. Hifz students are not allowed to take leave in any case. In case of emergency, parents will inform the admin with valid reason.
10. Hifz students will observe less holidays than the normal students.
11. The new hifz students will be evaluated for initial 02 to 03 weeks. A suitability report will be prepared for each student. (Unsuitable students will be asked to join regular classes afterwards).
12. No summer and winter break will be offered to hifz students.
13. If the school considers a student’s performance unsatisfactory (e.g “daily Sabaq” “sabqi” & “manzil” is weak), lack of interest, Poor discipline and non-serious attitude of the parents and the student; that particular student will be asked to join the regular classes at any time in the year.
14. Constant motivation, encouragement and co-operation are required from the parents for creating a conducive environment for the hifz students. The diaries should be checked and signed regularly by the parents.
15. School will not appreciate any mistake in sabaq and sabki whatsoever.
16. Once a student completes his/her Quran, he/she will recite one para on daily basis till 8th class.
17. All those students are eligible for Wafaq -Ul- Madaris Exam; who will complete their hifz before 6 months of conduction of exams.
18. In the Hifz programme, ‘SABAQ’ plays the most important role in attaining high proficiency level. If memorization of the daily ‘SABAQ’ is weak, the entire programme will be problematic. Parents must take full responsibility of the daily SABAQ.
